When do you open?We are excitedly looking forward to our fourth holiday season and will reopen November 22, 2024! We will be open 6pm-10pm every evening from November 22, 2024 through December 31, 2024 (New Year's Eve)!

Where are you located?Our address is 571 FM 289, Comfort, TX 78013. Driving Tips: From I-10 West just North of Boerne, take exit 533 toward FM 289/Welfare. Keep left at the fork to continue onto FM 289 N. Turn left to go under the bridge, and then turn right to stay on FM 289 N. Our park will be on your right, next to Kendall County Cowboy Church.

What kind of attractions do you have?The Crumbling Castle is a drive-through holiday light park that features an array of displays, including thousands of individually wrapped trees and lights, idyllic holiday scenes, light tunnels, and customized sculptures and fairytale creatures - including our very own Gnome Village!

How much is admission?We now proudly offer two (2) ticket options to suit your needs! General Admission tickets are $40, and are valid for entry of one vehicle, to be used on any one evening during our parks operating dates and hours for the 2024 holiday season. Our new Season Pass option is $75, and is valid for a physical pass allowing your vehicle entry for the entire 2024 holiday season. Best of all, our season pass option pays for itself in just 2 visits, so come back to visit our forest and see the lights again and again!

Can we pay at the park?Absolutely! We accept credit card, debit, and cash at the booth. We do not accept check payments.

What vehicles can enter the park?Passenger vehicles only. Our path takes you through the winding and beautiful canopies of the Texas hill country - we don't want you to get stuck! To ensure the best driving experience, our park has the following vehicle restrictions: No large or commercial vehicles (e.g., buses, limousines, RVs) No trailers No foot traffic - please remain in your vehicle at all times Maximum vehicle height is 9.5 feet

Can my car make it on your trail?Absolutely! We have gravel-paved roads that are accessible to all residential passenger-sized vehicles. We recommend driving slowly - take your time to enjoy the sights, and mind the twists and turns in the road! Maximum vehicle height is 9.5 feet.

How long is the drive?With light traffic, a drive through our park takes about half an hour. We encourage our guests to drive slowly and enjoy the experience! Note: Depending on traffic, guests may expect to spend time in line for the park.

Safety PrecautionsFor the safety of the park, yourself, and others, please adhere to the following safety measures: No smoking No littering No stopping or stalling on the paths No getting out of your vehicle at any point Do not touch the lights/displays All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older

Can I take pictures?Guests are not permitted to leave their vehicles at any time. Please enjoy the drive and feel free to take pictures and video from the safety of your car! We ask that you be courteous to the vehicles behind you, and continue to drive so that the line does not back up.

Do you offer concessions?We offer buttercream frosted cookies and bottled water for purchase at the ticket hut.

Is your park on social media?We are! Connect with us on Instagram and Facebook to see more photos and hear what others are saying about our park! It's also a great way to get news and updates about our upcoming 2024 season.

Are bathrooms available at your park?We have porta-potties available for use near the ticket hut - just let us know when you arrive and we can direct you to them before beginning your drive through our park!
